“LEEFE or LEEHE” has become an expensive commodity in a typical Islamic community such as Ghana, Nigeria, and the likes.Many marriage scholars have asserted that the higher valued is placed on leefe, the more discouraged young men get in getting married.Many young guys still want clarification on the purpose of the leefe, it's Quran back up or it'Hadithth citations.

We are living in a society where religion has been compromised by culture.there are a lot of cultures which one way or the other is sent into religion, since we are learning,I think  a time will come all of us we will agree that the issue of leefe is subjective but not a principal element in marriage.
